The Museum & Learning Center is located at New Jersey State Police Headquarters in West Trenton, Mercer County, on River Road (Route 175) between Interstate 95 and West Upper Ferry Road.

From the NJ Turnpike: Exit at 7A and take 195 Westbound. 195 WB turns into 129 NORTHBOUND. Take 129 NB along the outskirts of the city following the Delaware River. When you leave the city, look for signs for 175 NORTHBOUND. Make a right turn onto 175 NB, after crossing the canal bridge, make a left turn (the roadway is still 175 NB). Make a right turn onto Trooper Drive. Stop at the guard booth and you will be directed to the parking lot.
From 202 Northbound: Exit at signs for 29 SOUTHBOUND. Take 29 SB to 175 SOUTHBOUND. Take SB to Trooper Drive.
From 295 Northbound: 295 NB turns into 95 Southbound. Take 95 SB to exit 1, 29 NORTHBOUND. Take 29 NB to 175 SOUTHBOUND. Take 175 SB to Trooper Drive
From Pennsylvania 95 Northbound: Take 95 NB to Exit 1. Take 29 NB to 175 SOUTHBOUND. Take 175 SB to Trooper Drive.
